A Somerset man has denied a charge of owning a pitbull-type dog that allegedly injured a woman four years ago.
Macray Bulford, 50, also denied a further charge that the dog in question was unlicensed in Magistrates’ Court on Friday (Dec 23).
The victim injured in the alleged attack was Denise Steede.
The case was adjourned until January 30. Bulford was released on $2,500 bail until then by Magistrate Craig Attridge.
