A 39-year-old man was released on $1,500 on the condition that he has no contact with his alleged victims, after he denied assaulting his wife.
Sean Kelly appeared before Senior Magistrate Juan Wolffe on Tuesday, where he denied a string of offences, including two counts of assaulting his wife.
He also denied two counts of assault against Rebekah Kelly while in an increased penalty zone.
The incidents are alleged to have occurred on October 9 last year near Saltus Grammar School in Pembroke and on December 29 last year in a Warwick playground.
Mr Kelly further denied using threatening words against Mrs Kelly and causing $1,400 of damage to her car on October 9 last year in Pembroke.
And he denied using threatening words against Victor Fishington on December 29 last year in Warwick.
The case was adjourned until September 14.
