Congratulations to Conor White who has won Bermuda’s first medal in the Pan American Games campaign. Kaden Hopkins placed 5th in the men’s time trial.
Conor White secured the bronze medal in the time trial at the games in Santiago, in Chile today.
A post on social media by the Bermuda Bicycle Association stated: “What an incredible day for Bermuda at the Pan Am Games! Conor White secures the bronze medal, while Kaden Hopkins clinches an impressive 5th place in the individual time trial event [a little context, the Olympic Road Race champion took 2nd]. Outstanding performances! Bermuda’s cycling excellence shines brightly on the global stage.”
Emma and Jack Harvey were due to compete in the B Finals in the women’s 100m Fly and men’s 200m Back this afternoon.
