News Release: Hamilton, Bermuda – Medical professionals and members of the public are invited to take part in the annual CME Conference, focusing on medicine for a new decade.
Colonial Group International sponsors this event every year. The physicians and health professional’s seminar will take place at the Hamilton Princess, on Saturday, January 25.
It is being hosted by the Bermuda Heart Foundation and will feature talks by medical experts from New York Presbyterian Hospital.

Heart Foundation CEO Simone Barton added: “We are extremely fortunate to have experts from New York Presbyterian Hospital, one of the foremost hospitals in the US.
“As well as hearing from very distinguished doctors, health professionals attending this event will also be able to earn Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits.”
Speakers include Dr Pokala Ravi Kiran, a leader in Colorectal Surgery, Dr Evelyn Granleri who specialises in Geriatrics, Dr Christopher Irobunda, an expert in Cardiology, Dr Paul Lee, who specialises in Internal Medicine, Dr David Serur, an expert in Nephrology, Dr Jai Radhakrishnan, who specialises in Nephrology and Dr Marc Bessler, a leader in Bariatric Surgery.
The CME ‘Future of Medicine’ series enables local medical professionals to earn up to 15 credits to fulfil their annual education requirements.
