News Release: HAMILTON, Bermuda, Wednesday, June 2nd, 2021 – The Minister of Education, Diallo Rabain has this afternoon released the following update regarding the Clearwater Middle School.
 
Minister Rabain said: “As announced yesterday, Clearwater Middle School was experiencing Air Conditioning (A/C) problems and as a precaution, the school building was closed today, June 2nd, to ensure all the necessary repairs were completed.

“Staff, parents and students are advised that the Air Conditioning (A/C) system is now fully functional, and the school building will be open for in-person learning tomorrow, Thursday, June 3rd.

“The Ministry would like to thank all staff and parents for their patience while this matter was being addressed.”

Minister Rabain concluded: “Bermuda, I remind you each of us has a role to play in stopping the spread of the coronavirus. Follow Public Health guidelines, wear a mask, practice good hand hygiene, maintain physical distance and download the WeHealth Bermuda app. Do the research, talk with your doctor, and make an informed decision about getting the COVID-19 vaccine.”
