One thing is certain, Bermuda Real readers get around and they shout Bermudian when they see each other abroad.
We won’t say who she is – let’s just say she’s in the UK celebrating her birthday. And what better way to go then to head to Etihad Stadium, where all eyes were on the big game on Sunday (Mar 6).
For Manchester United the end result was not good as Man City emerged victorious in an exciting match that ended 4 to 1 at Etihad Stadium, the home of Manchester City.
But our travelling reader had a blast and she shouted Bermudian to get the great Shaun Goater’s attention to snap a picture to capture the moment.

Shaun Leonard Goater, MBE, also known as the great Sir GOAT was awarded with an MBE in 2003 “for services to sport and young people in his home country of Bermuda”.
The former Manchester City striker played for a number of English clubs in the 1990s and 2000s.
And of course it was only fitting that he went back to his home field to see his team in fine form.
Asked how was the game, our reader said there’s nothing like being in a stadium that “holds the whole population of Bermuda”.
And of course, she was thrilled with Man City’s 4-1 victory.
She’s heading back south today and due to return to the island later this month and we wish her a safe journey!
Thanks for the photo – much appreciated!
