Another commercial airline flight diverted to Bermuda’s LF Wade International Airport on Sunday evening.
The Caribbean Airlines flight 600 landed around 6pm with a sick passenger on board in need of medical treatment.
Airport officials and the Bermuda Fire and Rescue Service met the flight at the main terminal, where the passenger was transferred to an ambulance and rushed to King Edward Hospital.
The left for Port of Spain, Trinidad shortly thereafter. The flight was en route to Toronto’s Pearson International Airport in Canada.
