A Government spokesperson issued a public advisory this afternoon, notifying residents that information circulating which claims that Senators have approved amendments to new and revised clauses of the Motor and Road Traffic Act, are not related to Bermuda.
“No such Act of Parliament exists in Bermuda,” he said.
He also noted: “The legislation relating to motor vehicles in Bermuda is the Motor Car Act, not the Motor and Road Traffic Act.”
