BHB Public Advisory: Traffic diversion on Tuesday, June 18 June at KEMH

News Release: Tuesday, June 18, 2019 – Bermuda Hospitals Board (BHB) advises the public of traffic diversions on the King Edward VII Memorial Hospital (KEMH) campus TODAY.  The diversions affect both vehicular and pedestrian traffic.

A well pump on outside the Emergency Department is being replaced. The work necessitates closure of a section of road outside the Emergency Department. For today vehicular access to the KEMH main entrance on Point Finger Road is operating as two-way. Please exercise extra caution when driving on the KEMH campus. Signage is posted and warning cones have been placed

Pedestrians

The work also requires a section of the public walkway outside Emergency being closed to pedestrians. Again, signage has been posted directing pedestrians through the diversion. Please adhere to the signs.
