Firefighters extinguished another car fire last night (Dec 31) on Roberts Avenue in Devonshire.
Three vehicles from Bermuda Fire Rescue Service (BFRS) rushed to the scene around 10:15pm.
A spokesman said: “Fire Dispatch received a report of a vehicle fire on Roberts Avenue, Devonshire. BFRS responded from Hamilton Station with three appliances and a total of six firefighters.
“Upon arrival, fire crews saw a car fully engulfed in flames. Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus quickly extinguished the flames. The cause of the fire is under investigation. There were no injuries due to the fire.”
The cause of this latest car fire is now under investigation with the others recorded in recent weeks.
