Bermuda recorded a seventh road traffic fatality following the death of 73-year-old Leslie Center, who succumbed to severe injuries sustained in a bike crash on his birthday.
A police spokesman said Mr Center was involved in a single vehicle crash on Watlington Road in Devonshire around 6:30pm on December 12. His bike hit the sidewalk
He was rushed to the King Edward VII Memorial Hospital, but died less than two weeks later.
The appeal for witnesses continues.
The Bermuda Police Service also extended condolences to Mr Center’s family.
