Bermuda sadly recorded another three COVID related deaths, taking the island’s death toll to 95.
While extending condolences to the families and friends of their loved ones, Health Minister Kim Wilson said the number of active cases were down to 437 from 658.
“Sadly, since our last update, Bermuda experienced three more coronavirus-related deaths,” said Ms Wilson.
“My sincere condolences go out to the families and friends grieving the loss of a loved one today.”
Another 12 new cases were reported in the latest round of 3,149 tests.
Only one of the new cases was imported from overseas, the rest were listed as local transmission or under investigation.
The good news – there have been 193 recoveries since Monday.
The number of hospital patients remains at 37 with eight people in the hospital’s Intensive Care Unit.
The hospital admitted six COVID patients since Monday with five patients discharged and cleared to go home.
