Let’s start our news day today on a positive note shall we – call me biased because it’s my neighbourhood BUT we must give a special shout out to the Ministry of Public Works West Crew headed up by Foreman Michael Easton for their sparkling clean up along Death Valley in Southampton West.

In Bermuda overhanging trees along our roads grow fast, especially when it rains frequently. Members of this crew have been working along this stretch on Middle Road just west of Whale Bay in Southampton West recently and they’re still at it today in spite of the rain.

We’re sure you’ll agree that it sure looks nice along this stretch- keep up the good work and thank you!
