Another young male motorist is today battling serious head injuries sustained in a single vehicle motorcycle crash near the Bemruda Aquarium, Museum and Zoo.
Police say the accident occurred around 10:25pm on Saturday.
A spokesman said the rider was believed to be travelling east when he lost control of the vehicle and struck a wall just east of the Aquarium.
At last check, he was being treated at the ICU for potentially serious head injuries.
Traffic was diverted onto Harrington Sound Road while the crash scene was processed by the forensics unit and traffic collision investigators.
