News Release: HAMILTON, Bermuda – Out of respect for the late Financial Secretary, Mr Anthony Manders, the Ministry of Finance Headquarters and by extension, all departments under the Ministry of Finance’s authority, will close at 12:00 noon on Wednesday, January 27, 2021 to allow staff to join the virtual funeral service.
The following departments fall under the Ministry of Finance’s authority:
- The Accountant General
- Social Insurance
- Office of the Tax Commissioner
- Registrar of Companies
These departments will reopen on Thursday morning, per their current operating hours.
