Alex Jones’ Wife Arrested On Domestic Violence Charge In Texas

Erika Wulff Jones, 43, was detained around 8:45 p.m. Friday, according to police records.

Cops said she physically injured a family member and resisted arrest. Alex Jones did not say if he was the family member who was injured. Alex and Erika have a child together.

“It’s a private family matter that happened on Christmas Eve,” Jones said. “I love my wife and care about her and it appears to be some kind of medication imbalance.”

Jones said Erika had recently changed medications and blamed that for the incident.

He added that Erika’s arrest “doesn’t concern my politics” and that “it wasn’t some kind of personal hateful thing or anything.” Recently, his politics had him bloviating about government weather machines causing the deadly tornadoes in the southeast that killed 88 people.

Alex and Erika have each called the police on each other in the past, the Austin American-Statesman reported in March 2020. They each got the other busted for drunk driving.
