Police are investigating a four-vehicle accident that occurred in Hamilton Parish this morning that landed one person in the hospital’s Emergency Department with head injuries.

The accident occurred around 8.50am on North Shore Road near Somers Hill Road.

Details were limited when the Bermuda Police Service issued an advisory. But “initial information indicates that the collision involved three cars and a motorcycle”.

“So far, one person is understood to have sustained head injuries.

“Traffic flow at the collision site has been reduced to one lane, while the scene is processed.

“Morning commuters travelling in that area should expect delays and are advised to take alternate routes, if possible.”

Witnesses were urged to call 211.
