Danai Hongwanishkul, Executive Chef at Marcus’ at Hamilton Princess & Beach Club, hosted the first in a series of cooking classes for Meals on Wheels volunteers this week.

Chef Danai led the group in making his signature Low Sodium Jerk Chicken with Pineapple Salsa and Rice and Peas for deliveries.

Meals on Wheels provides freshly cooked meals to approximately 200 people in the community who are incapacitated, unable to prepare a nourishing meal on their own or have no one else who can help them.

Chef Danai will be holding these sessions monthly at Meals on Wheels.
